The full version of Chernobylite will be released in the second quarter of this year
The developers responsible for Chernobylite, the Polish studio The Farm 51, have announced that the full version of the aforementioned survival horror will be released only in the second quarter of this year. However, the game will be more extensive.
The reason for the delay is the desire to improve the game, the developers will create several additional language versions and re-record the dialogues in a professional studio (in English and Russian), which will significantly improve their quality.
The exact release date will be announced soon.
It's worth noting that the rest of the development team won't sit idly by. The creators will prepare additional content and gameplay elements that were supposed to be released as DLC, but will eventually move into the premiere version. So the game we get in a few months will be bigger than originally planned.
Chernobylite is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S. Console versions should be released "around the same time" as on PC.
